Upon inheriting the job of Executor to my Mother's estate, I consulted with Katie on steps to take to liquidate her real-estate holdings. Katie's knowledge and expertise were right on point on how to proceed, what to expect, and the measures I would need to undertake to accomplish the daunting tasks ahead of me.
